After researching different endodontists, I decided to go to Dr. Benedict Bachstein for my root canal. Best decision!! He is very well educated and super knowledgeable in endodontics. He clearly keeps up with new technology relating to his profession. He had patience and took the time to explain everything he was doing. During the root canal he kept checking on me and letting me know how much time was left. He answered all my questions. I felt like I was a cared for patient and not just someone having a procedure done. Also, when he discussed my follow up appointment, he noted the distance I had driven to get to the Cherry Hill location and said that I could make an appointment at a closer location. This really showed me that Dr. Bachstein took the time to look at my records/file. :) Also, the receptionist and the two assistants were great as well. The assistant, Michelle, chatted with me when we waited for the Novocain to do its thing and that helped me feel relaxed. Overall, great experience. I hope that I don't need any more root canals, but if I do, I know that I will be in good hands with Dr. Bachstein!!

I read reviews before I went for my emergency root canal - I shouldn't have. I'm sorry for the people who had a bad experience, but I did not. Dr. Lee was wonderful. My tooth was not an easy one or routine root canal. Was it pleasant? Hell no, but they did everything possible to make it the least stressful it could be. I definitely recommend going here.

Do not go here. This is the most awful specialty dentist that I've ever been to. If I could give a zero star I would. I am also calling the Board of Health on this facility. During my visit to get a root canal I was in severe pain and the doctor continue to form the procedure on me. During the procedure the needle literally broke in my mouth and glass went flying in my mouth and on my smock. The doctor tried to blame it on my tooth and said that I had a hard hard tooth and that is why I broke his needle. Here I come to find out that the assistant who gave him the needle didn't give him the right one. I am trying to save everyone from not coming to this facility. I had to come back because my feelings started to fall off after my second visit. They do not care about their patients and they do not care about the harm that they are committing. Please do not go to this doctor and do not let your family members and friends go.

Went there for a follow up of my root canal. Waited 40 minutes to find out there was an emergency and I’d have to wait but didn’t know how long! A man 10 minutes before me left because they told him the same thing! Different dentists but they both had an emergency! 1 1/2 hour drive for nothing! I’ll be going elsewhere! This was the Cherry hill office.

It was such a whirlwind of activity all while I'm in severe jaw pain that I honestly do not know how to review what should have been a classic root canal procedure. The office address given to us was not actually the office they are in so we showed up several minutes early to find an empty lot with dumpsters on it and construction going on. I called from the car and was informed the office is now " next door" "drive out make a left and thats us " ..okay..that worked. I was brought in the back for more xrays . I did send over by email a full panoramic and the four bite wings films just taken the day before. I had more films done. Another panoramic a 3D xray to " show what can't be seen by the others" after that I was sat in the typical chair and had several more bite wing films done ..for Gods sake there should not have been a quarter inch of the inside of my mouth that wasnt seen by xray! At that point . The Dr came in introduced herself as Dr Seranno. She is very sweet and I felt absolutely confident by her manner that she is 100% a pro at what she does. She made sure I was comfortable and also made sure I had no pain. Her assistant was great. Very kind and thorough at doing
